Webair AI is an AI workspace that allows users to access AI models, manage conversations, connect business tools, use AI-assisted workflows, and interact with integrated third-party services through a unified interface.

AI chat and assistant features

Workspace memory and saved context
File upload and document analysis
Google integrations, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Contacts
Third-party business app integrations

Subscription-based plans and usage limits

Webair AI may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring your use of connected apps complies with applicable rules and permissions
Promptly notifying Webair AI of unauthorized account access or security issues

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Webair AI may be offered through free, trial, paid, or enterprise plans. Plan features, usage limits, pricing, and billing terms may vary.

Unless otherwise stated:

Paid subscriptions renew automatically
You authorize Webair AI or its payment processor to charge your payment method
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges
Access may continue until the end of the current billing period
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise

We may change pricing or plan terms with notice where required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
Upload, generate, or transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content
Access data, accounts, systems, or networks without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Circumvent rate limits, usage limits, access controls, billing systems, or security features
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
Use the Service to develop or train competing AI models or competing AI services without permission
Extract outputs or data at scale for model training, benchmarking abuse, or unauthorized commercial replication
Upload malware, spyware, or harmful code
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated where disclosure is legally required
Use the Service for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review
Use connected app data in a way that violates the applicable provider’s terms

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to Webair AI, users, third parties, or the Service.

6. AI Outputs and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for:

Reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them
Ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law
Making your own decisions based on appropriate human judgment
Obtaining professional advice where needed, including legal, medical, financial, tax, or security advice

Webair AI does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique, complete, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. User Content

“User Content” means prompts, messages, files, documents, data, instructions, and other content you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Webair AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and use User Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and authorize Webair AI to process it under these Terms.

8. AI-Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Webair AI does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you by the Service.

You may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes, provided your use complies with:

Any restrictions displayed in the Service

Because AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users, Webair AI does not guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness of any output.

9. Webair AI Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, interfaces, systems, workflows, models of operation, branding, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by Webair AI or its licensors.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, Webair AI reserves all rights in the Service.

You may not use Webair AI’s trademarks, logos, trade dress, or branding without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party AI Model Providers

The Service may route requests to third-party AI model providers, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Cohere, and others.

Your use of AI models through Webair AI may be subject to additional provider terms, policies, and usage restrictions.

Webair AI acts as an intermediary between you and third-party model providers. Model providers may receive the prompt content or context necessary to generate the requested output. Webair AI does not intentionally provide model providers with unrelated account profile information or billing data.

11. Google and Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect Google services and other third-party applications.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Webair AI to access and process data from that service according to the permissions you grant and the actions you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

You have the right to connect the third-party account
Your use of the integration complies with applicable provider terms
You have authority to access and process any data made available through the integration
You do not use Webair AI to misuse, expose, or unlawfully process third-party data

You may disconnect integrations through account settings where available or through the third-party provider’s permission controls.

Webair AI is not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

12. Google API Services Disclosure

If you authorize Webair AI to access Google user data, Webair AI will use that data only to provide user-facing functionality that you request or enable.

Webair AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Webair AI does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We may impose or change usage limits, rate limits, model availability, file limits, integration limits, or other technical restrictions.

15. Beta Features

We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be unstable, incomplete, or changed without notice.

Beta features are provided “as is” and may be subject to additional terms.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

Required payments are not made
Your use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
We are required to do so by law or a third-party provider
Your account appears compromised or fraudulent

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting hello@webairai.com.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBAIR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY.

WEBAIR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT
DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBAIR TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, REVENUE, OR USE.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM:

YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS
THIRD-PARTY MODELS OR SERVICES
CONNECTED APP DATA
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF CONTENT
SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR DATA LOSS
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBAIR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WEBAIR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webair AI Technologies, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:

Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of third-party rights
Your use of third-party integrations or connected app data

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the Service, or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webair AI regarding the Service.
