Alongside models, each plan includes a monthly Brain activity allowance — $5 on Pro, $15 on Pro+, $60 on Max — covering the AI compute you explicitly ask for: conversations and Brain MCP calls. Top up anytime in the app.

Everything your Brain does on its own is never billed: extracting memories from what you send it, building your wiki, processing imports and meeting recordings. Your Brain getting smarter in the background costs you nothing.

Pro also picked up daily morning and evening briefings and unlimited texting — the full foundation is now the same on every paid plan.

Webair AI pricing is now memory-first: unlimited AI memory and source storage on every paid plan. Pro is $37/month on fast models with $5/month of Brain activity, Pro+ is $67/month with frontier AI models and $15/month of activity, and Max is $197/month on the highest-end frontier models with $60/month of activity. Memory extraction, synthesis, imports, and meeting processing never count against your allowance.

Agents are here. Until today, Webair AI worked when you asked. Starting now, it can also work while you don't — as AI agents you build in minutes under the new Agents tab in the app, each one powered by what your Brain already knows.

The Website Chatbot turns your Brain into round-the-clock customer support. Choose what it's allowed to know, drop the embed widget on your site, and visitors get instant answers about your business — day and night.

The Internal Company Chatbot is the same idea, pointed inward: a private, password-protected agent you share with your team. New hires ask it instead of interrupting you, and everyone gets answers from the same company knowledge.

The AI Meeting Recorder joins your video calls as a notetaker once your calendar is connected. It records the conversation, files every word into your Brain, and about two minutes after you hang up, it texts you the notes and action items. Weeks later, just ask: "What did we decide on that call?" It was there. It remembers.

Your Brain now has its own email address. Forward it a contract, a quote, an invoice, a client thread — with attachments — and it reads every document, learns it, and replies within seconds confirming exactly what it added. Pulse is on automatically for Pro+ and Max members with texting connected. You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Texting — but we don't think you will.

Webair AI already connects to the big ones — Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, and more. But every business has that one system nobody else supports: the internal database, the industry-specific app, the tool your developer built in 2019.

Custom MCP closes that gap. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the new open standard that lets AI assistants talk to any tool that speaks it — and the ecosystem is exploding. If a service offers an MCP server, or your team runs its own, you can now plug it straight into Webair AI.

Setup is one card on the Connections page: give it a name, paste the server address, add an auth key if it needs one. We test the connection and list the server's tools before saving anything — and from that moment, those tools work in chat like every built-in one.

Same safety contract as everything else: Webair AI always asks before it acts, every connection is checked against private-network access, and your auth keys are encrypted and never shown again.

Custom MCP is a Max plan feature — connect up to 5 servers.

Webair AI now supports custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers on the Max plan: connect internal company tools, niche SaaS apps, and custom data sources to your AI assistant with a URL and an optional auth key. Tools are verified on connect and available in chat immediately.

This is the biggest update since launch. The entire web app has been redesigned around one idea: you should see your whole day, your whole business, and your whole AI in one calm place.

Home now greets you with today's schedule, the emails that need you, and the weather — plus what Webair AI has already handled for you. Chat gets the new Cortyx command center: leave it on Auto and Cortyx picks the best model per request, or open Advanced controls to pin a specific model or compare models side by side.

The Brain has a new visual Map view — every memory and source, organized into personal and business, with Cortyx at the center routing answers through what it knows. Teaching it something new is one box: drop a file, paste a link, or just tell it.

Connections has been rebuilt around a simple promise, stated right at the top: Webair AI always asks before it acts. Connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Shopify — each card shows exactly what it can do.

Settings grew up too: manage your texting number and daily briefing schedule, choose light or dark mode, and pick a background — nature scenes, solid colors, or gradients — for your Home and Chat.

Claude Fable 5 is Anthropic’s latest model, and it is now live inside Webair AI. It brings stronger reasoning, better long-context understanding, and faster everyday responses to the same private workspace you already use.

You do not need to select it manually. Cortyx evaluates each request and routes the work to Fable 5 whenever it is the best model for the task — drafting an email, planning a project, summarizing a long thread, or reasoning through a tricky decision.
