Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebAir AI (the “Service”), operated by WebAir Technologies, Inc. (“WebAir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, including the WebAir AI chat interface, connected business tool integrations, API access, and any related services.

2. Description of Service

WebAir AI is a unified AI workspace that provides access to multiple large language models (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and other providers) through a single chat interface. The Service includes:

  • Access to 100+ AI models through a single interface
  • A unified private memory layer that persists across models and sessions
  • An AI decision engine that selects the optimal model for each task
  • Connections to 3,000+ third-party business tools and applications
  • Team workspaces with shared memory capabilities

All AI model API calls are made by WebAir on your behalf through our secure infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Your prompts and data are sent from WebAir’s servers to model providers — not directly from your device. This architecture ensures that model providers do not have direct access to your identity or account information.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscription and Payment

WebAir AI is offered on a subscription basis at $200 per month, which includes 2 user seats. Additional seats may be added at $50 per month per seat. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop competing AI products or to systematically extract model outputs for the purpose of training other AI models
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is and remains the exclusive property of WebAir Technologies, Inc. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service, including prompts, documents, and data (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant WebAir a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by AI models through the Service (“Outputs”) are provided to you for your use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Outputs generated in response to your prompts. WebAir does not claim ownership of Outputs. However, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users based on similar prompts, and WebAir cannot guarantee the uniqueness of any Output.

7. Third-Party AI Model Providers

The Service integrates with AI models from third-party providers including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, and Cohere. Your use of these models through WebAir AI is also subject to the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those providers.

All API calls to third-party model providers are made from WebAir’s servers, not directly from your device. WebAir acts as an intermediary to protect your privacy. However, the content of your prompts is transmitted to the relevant model provider in order to generate responses. We select providers that commit to not training on API inputs, but we cannot guarantee the data handling practices of third-party providers beyond our contractual agreements with them.

8. Connected Business Tools

The Service allows you to connect third-party business applications (such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Gmail, Slack, Notion, and others) to your WebAir AI workspace. When you connect a third-party tool:

  • You authorize WebAir AI to access the tool on your behalf using the permissions you grant
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each tool and share its data with the Service
  • WebAir AI will only access data from connected tools as needed to respond to your requests
  • You may disconnect any tool at any time from your account settings

WebAir is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party tools.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points include:

  • Your data is never used to train any AI model
  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • All conversations are encrypted
  • AI model providers receive API calls from WebAir’s infrastructure, not from you directly
  • The Service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it for business decisions, legal matters, medical advice, financial decisions, or any other purpose. WebAir does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBAIR TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  3. Any content or output obtained from the Service
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to WebAir in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebAir Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau County, New York.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebAir Technologies, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
