Asana + Webair AI
Your open tasks (due soon first), task search, and projects — by texting Webair AI.
All connections happen inside the Webair AI app via Asana's official OAuth.
Why we built this
Why Webair AI uses Asana.
Ask 'what's due this week?', 'find the task about the homepage redesign', or 'what's in the Q4 launch project?' — Webair AI reads your Asana and answers by text, due-soonest first.
Your task list stops being a tab you forget to open. It becomes something your assistant volunteers — in morning briefings and whenever you ask.
How it works
Connecting Asana takes about a minute.
Step 01
Sign in to Webair AI
Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one). All connections happen after you've authenticated — never from the marketing site.
Step 02
Authorize the connection
From your Webair AI dashboard, click Connect and sign in to the provider through their official OAuth flow. You see exactly which permissions are requested before granting access.
Step 03
Use it from iMessage or web
Text Webair AI from your phone or use the web app — every reply is informed by the connected account, and the relevant context is added to your private Company Brain.
What data we access
Every permission, in plain English.
These are the exact OAuth scopes Webair AI requests from Asana — and the reason we need each one. We follow the principle of least privilege: nothing extra, nothing optional that isn't surfaced to you.
Read tasksRead projectsWebair AI uses Asana's official OAuth flow. You see this exact list before you grant access — and you can revoke any time.
Data handling
How Asana data is stored and protected.
We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.
- Read-only: Webair AI never creates, completes, edits, or deletes Asana tasks.
- Encrypted tokens, on-demand reads, never used to train public AI models. Disconnecting immediately revokes access.

Asana integration · FAQ
Not yet — today's integration is read-only. Task creation and completion are on the roadmap.
It reads what your Asana account can access. Private projects you're not a member of stay invisible.
