Why Webair AI uses Google Drive.
Files in Google Drive are useless if you can't remember what you named them or which folder they live in. Connect Drive and just ask Webair AI — 'pull the latest version of the Riverside contract' — and it surfaces the file with relevant excerpts.
When you upload a contract, SOP, or onboarding doc into Webair AI, the structured information (parties, dates, amounts, key terms) gets indexed into your private Knowledge Hub so any future question is answered instantly.
How it works
Connecting Google Drive takes about a minute.
Step 01
Sign in to Webair AI
Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one). All connections happen after you've authenticated — never from the marketing site.
Step 02
Authorize the connection
From your Webair AI dashboard, click Connect and sign in to the provider through their official OAuth flow. You see exactly which permissions are requested before granting access.
Step 03
Use it from iMessage or web
Text Webair AI from your phone or use the web app — every reply is informed by the connected account, and the relevant context is added to your private Knowledge Hub.

Data handling
How Google Drive data is stored and protected.
We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.
- Webair AI uses the per-file scope (drive.file), so it can only read files you explicitly open through it — not your entire Drive.
- Document text used to answer your request is processed in memory; structured facts may be saved to your Knowledge Hub.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Disconnecting immediately revokes the token. Drive-derived facts can be deleted on request.
- Your Drive content is never used to train any public AI model.
How to disconnect Google Drive
In Webair AI: Settings → Integrations → Google Drive → Disconnect. To revoke from Google directly: visit myaccount.google.com/connections, find Webair AI, and remove access.
