How it works
Connecting monday.com takes about a minute.
Step 01
Sign in to Webair AI
Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one). All connections happen after you've authenticated — never from the marketing site.
Step 02
Connect with your API token
monday.com connects with a personal API token instead of OAuth. Paste it once inside Webair AI — it's encrypted at rest and you can revoke it any time from monday.com.
Step 03
Use it from iMessage or web
Text Webair AI from your phone or use the web app — every reply is informed by the connected account, and the relevant context is added to your private Company Brain.
What data we access

Data handling
How monday.com data is stored and protected.
We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.
- Board data is fetched on demand to answer your requests.
- Your API token is encrypted at rest and never shared with model providers.
- Disconnecting deletes the stored token. Regenerating the token in monday.com also revokes access.
- Your monday.com data is never used to train any public AI model.
How to disconnect monday.com
In monday.com: Avatar → Developers → My Access Tokens → Regenerate. Inside Webair AI: Settings → Connections → monday.com → Disconnect.
You can also email support@webairai.com and we'll help you disconnect and delete any related data.
