Notion + Webair AI

Read and update your Notion workspace by texting — without leaving iMessage.

All connections happen inside the Webair AI app via Notion's official OAuth.

Why we built this

Why Webair AI uses Notion.

Notion is where teams put SOPs, meeting notes, and project pages — but the friction to retrieve them is real. Connect Notion and ask Webair AI to find a page, summarize a database, or draft a new note — all from your phone.

When you add a page to Webair AI, the structured content (headings, tables, properties) gets indexed into your Knowledge Hub so the same fact never has to be looked up twice.

How it works

Connecting Notion takes about a minute.

Step 01

Sign in to Webair AI

Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one).

Step 02

Connect Notion and choose pages

From your Webair AI dashboard, click Connect Notion. Notion will ask which pages and databases to share with Webair AI — you stay in full control of what's exposed.

Step 03

Use Notion from iMessage or web

Ask Webair AI to find, summarize, draft, or update Notion pages by texting it. Edits show up in your real Notion workspace.

What data we access

Every permission, in plain English.

These are the exact OAuth scopes Webair AI requests from Notion — and the reason we need each one. We follow the principle of least privilege: nothing extra, nothing optional that isn't surfaced to you.

read_content
Read pages and databases you've explicitly shared with the Webair AI integration.
update_content
Update pages and database rows when you ask Webair AI to edit something.
insert_content
Create new pages or rows when you ask Webair AI to draft a note or log an entry.
read_user.with_email
Identify the Notion user account that authorized the connection so Webair AI can reference you correctly.

Webair AI uses Notion's official OAuth flow. You see this exact list before you grant access — and you can revoke any time.

Data handling

How Notion data is stored and protected.

We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.

  • Webair AI can only see pages and databases you've explicitly shared with the integration in Notion. You can revoke access for any page at any time from inside Notion.
  • Page content is processed on demand. Structured facts may be saved to your private Knowledge Hub.
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Disconnecting from Notion or removing the integration immediately revokes access.
  • Your Notion content is never used to train any public AI model.
Encrypted at rest Never trained on Revocable any time
