Zoom + Webair AI

Upcoming meetings, past meetings with recordings, and meeting details — by texting Webair AI.

All connections happen inside the Webair AI app via Zoom's official OAuth.

Why we built this

Why Webair AI uses Zoom.

Ask 'what's my next Zoom?', 'when did I last meet with the Meridian team?', or 'which of last week's calls have recordings?' — Webair AI reads your Zoom schedule and recording library and answers by text.

Pair it with the Webair AI Meeting Recorder and your calls don't just get scheduled — every word ends up searchable in your Company Brain.

How it works

Connecting Zoom takes about a minute.

Step 01

Sign in to Webair AI

Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one). All connections happen after you've authenticated — never from the marketing site.

Step 02

Authorize the connection

From your Webair AI dashboard, click Connect and sign in to the provider through their official OAuth flow. You see exactly which permissions are requested before granting access.

Step 03

Use it from iMessage or web

Text Webair AI from your phone or use the web app — every reply is informed by the connected account, and the relevant context is added to your private Company Brain.

What data we access

Every permission, in plain English.

These are the exact OAuth scopes Webair AI requests from Zoom — and the reason we need each one. We follow the principle of least privilege: nothing extra, nothing optional that isn't surfaced to you.

meeting:read
List your upcoming and past meetings and their details when you ask.
recording:read
Find which past meetings have cloud recordings and link you to them.

Webair AI uses Zoom's official OAuth flow. You see this exact list before you grant access — and you can revoke any time.

Data handling

How Zoom data is stored and protected.

We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.

  • Read-only: Webair AI never creates, edits, or deletes Zoom meetings, and never downloads your recordings — it links you to them.
  • Encrypted tokens, on-demand reads, never used to train public AI models. Disconnecting immediately revokes access.
Encrypted at rest Never trained on Revocable any time

How to disconnect Zoom

In Zoom: marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Installed Apps → Webair AI → Remove. Inside Webair AI: Settings → Connections → Zoom → Disconnect.

Open Zoom's access management page

You can also email support@webairai.com and we'll help you disconnect and delete any related data.

Zoom integration · FAQ

That's the Meeting Recorder — a separate Webair AI feature that joins calls as a visible notetaker on paid plans. This integration reads your Zoom schedule and recordings; the Recorder captures the conversation itself.

Meeting scheduling runs through your connected calendar (Google or Outlook), where Webair AI can create events with Zoom links. This integration itself is read-only.
