Add information to your Brain

Drop files, add notes and websites, import another AI’s memory, or email your Brain.

Drop files anywhere on the Brain page

  1. 1

    Open Brain and stay on Overview

    Use the large Drag & drop anything here box, or drag files over the Brain page.

  2. 2

    Choose up to 10 files

    You can also click the box to browse your computer.

  3. 3

    Choose where they belong

    When asked, choose Personal or Business.

  4. 4

    Wait for processing

    The files become searchable knowledge. Large files can take longer.

Use the Overview quick actions

  • Add to your Brain: add a note, link, or file.
  • Import from another AI: bring memory from ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant.
  • Connect apps: open Connections so Webair AI can learn from your tools.
  • Generate skills: open the Skills area.

Import memory from another AI

  1. 1

    Choose Import from another AI

    The import window gives you a prompt for the other AI.

  2. 2

    Copy the prompt and run it there

    Ask the other AI to create the memory export.

  3. 3

    Paste the result into Webair AI

    Webair AI separates the text into possible memories.

  4. 4

    Review every memory

    Edit, remove, or move items before importing.

  5. 5

    Choose Import

    Only the memories you selected are added.

Review is required

Imported text is deleted from the import service after review. Still remove anything you do not want Webair AI to remember.

Other ways to add knowledge

  • Open Documents and choose Add source for a file, website, note, or Q&A.
  • Use Quick note when you only need to save one fact.
  • Give your Brain an email address in Account & Email, then forward useful messages to it.
  • Record a meeting so notes and the transcript land in Meetings.
