Use People and Projects

People includes people and companies. Use All, People, or Companies to filter the cards. Open a card to see its living dossier and add a memory about it.

Projects shows work learned from chats, emails, and meetings. You can also use Create project when you want to add one yourself.

03

Manage Documents and Meetings

  • Documents shows the source type, Personal or Business side, and processing status.
  • Open a document to inspect it. Rename or delete it when those controls are shown.
  • If processing failed, use the retry control.
  • Meetings holds recordings, transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action items.
  • Changing a meeting title changes how it appears in your Brain.
04

Use Images and Skills

Images shows pictures stored in your Brain. Open one at full size or delete it.

Skills are generated or added instructions for repeatable work. Review them before relying on them for an important process.

Using Brain on a phone

Mobile behavior depends on the Brain rollout

The new Brain Library is responsive on a phone. If your account still shows Open Brain on desktop, you have the older Brain screen and need a computer for uploads, deletes, and source review. Cortyx can still use your saved knowledge.
