Sign-in problems
- Use Continue with Google when that is how the account was created.
- Use Forgot password? for an email-and-password account.
- Use the newest reset email.
- After several failed attempts, wait before trying again if the page says you are rate limited.
03
Chat problems
- Check that the composer is in the right mode: Chat, Web Search, Research, or Image.
- Remove a file that is over 20 MB or use fewer than five attachments.
- If voice does not work, allow microphone permission or type the message.
- If an action fails, check the connected app before approving again.
04
Brain upload or processing problems
- Wait while a document shows Processing… or Crawling…
- Use Retry or Failed — retry when it appears.
- Check that the file type is supported and the file is not password protected.
- For Agent website training, make sure the site is public and allows crawlers.

Prepare a useful support message
Write what you clicked, what you expected, the exact message shown, your device and browser, and when it happened. A screenshot helps when it does not contain private information.
Never send secrets
Do not share your password, payment card number, six-digit verification code, or private document contents with support.
